(hereinafter referred to as "Jiahua Holdings"), the company's controlling shareholder, and Beijing Fuyuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. (on behalf of "Fuyuan Fuxing No.1 Private Securities Investment Fund") (referred to as "Beijing Fuyuan"), Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch signed a share transfer agreement to transfer 100 million shares of the company at a price of 6.96 yuan per share. Accounts for 5.03% of the total share capital of the companyFastearningcryptogamesWantong Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.
